What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, the service you want, your vehicle and any details you add. We also keep the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link that carries campaign tags, those tags. When you call or visit, we write down the same kind of details. We also keep a record of your jobs, quotes, invoices and messages with us.

Why

To reply to you, prepare your quote, book and do the work, send reminders, and keep our records.

Texts and email

If you tick the first text box on the form, or agree to texts in the shop or by phone, we may text you about that quote or job, such as quote links, confirmations, reminders, when your vehicle is ready, and a request to review us. If you also tick the second box, we may check back about a quote you haven't answered and text care reminders for your vehicle. If you tick neither box, we will not text you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or call us. You do not have to agree to texts to get a quote.

Who handles your information

We use Urable, our scheduling and customer software, to store jobs and customer records and to send texts and emails. Your quote request passes through our website host before it reaches us.

Website visits

We use Google Analytics to count visits, which pages are viewed, taps on our phone number and quote form submissions. It uses cookies and collects approximate location and device details. We set it to keep this data for 14 months. If you ask Google Maps for directions from a link on this site, that request goes to Google.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling us. You can stop texts with STOP.

Changes

If we change this notice we will change the date above.
